Infinito® is a systemic fungicide with protective, curative and antisporulant action against fungal diseases of the class Oomycetes.
The product is absorbed through the leaves and from there is distributed along the conducting system of the plants.
The protective, curative and antisporolant actions are the result of the combination of the two active ingredients propamocarb hydrochloride and fluopicolide.
Propamocarb hydrochloride is involved in several stages in the synthesis of phospholipids and fatty acids, thus destroying the formation of fungal cell membranes.
Fluopicolide disrupts the cellular structure of the pathogen and destroys the formation of proteins that play an important role in the stability of the cell membrane.
This new mechanism of action is highly effective against all important stages of pathogen development.
